Orders

By adding an item to your "beer box" within the app, you agree to purchase that item as of the next beerbox cutoff date. You may add or remove items freely at any time before the cutoff.

Shipping

• Shipping method: delivered via a refrigerated cool-chain courier service.
• Dispatch timing: orders ship within 2 business days after the beerbox cutoff, and typically arrive 1–2 days after shipment (timing may vary by region).
• Shipping fee: A shipping fee applies per order, and orders above a set amount ship free. See our Commerce Disclosure or the app for the current amounts.

Payment Methods

• Credit card: processed via Stripe. Your registered payment method is automatically charged on the beerbox cutoff date.
• Cash on Delivery (C.O.D.): payment is collected directly by the courier upon delivery.

Consumption Tax

All listed prices include Japan's consumption tax (10%).

Returns and Cancellations

• You may add or remove items within the app at any time before the beerbox cutoff.
• Cancellations are not accepted after the cutoff.
• Due to the nature of the products, we do not accept returns or exchanges for reasons of personal preference.
• If an item arrives damaged or is otherwise clearly defective, please contact support@beerbox.beer promptly after delivery. We will review and address it on a case-by-case basis.

Alcohol and Age Restrictions

You must be 20 years of age or older to purchase or consume alcohol in Japan. Driving under the influence is prohibited by law. Drinking during pregnancy or while breastfeeding may harm fetal or infant development. We require date-of-birth confirmation at the time of order.

In addition to these Terms & Conditions, we publish a Commerce Disclosure (特定商取引法に基づく表記, a Specified Commercial Transactions Act disclosure). Please review it as well.
